Refund policy


At Primal Glo, we create small-batch skincare products using natural ingredients to ensure quality and freshness. Because of the personal nature of skincare, all sales are final.

However, we care deeply about your satisfaction and will make it right if there is an issue.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following:

    • A replacement of the same product,

    • A store credit equal to the purchase amount, or

    • A refund to your original payment method (in rare approved cases).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare, deodorants, or sprays.
We also cannot accept returns due to scent preference or change of mind.

3. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
If your refund is late, please check with your bank or payment provider; processing times vary.

4. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

5. Lost Packages

If your order appears lost, please reach out with your tracking number. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
