We ship all orders with care and transparency.

1. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped, including a tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates

We use a flat-rate shipping system for all domestic orders.
International shipping may be added later depending on demand and carrier availability.

3. Delivery Time Estimates

• Domestic (US): 5–10 business days

• International (optional future): 10–20 business days
  Delivery times may vary due to weather, customs, or carrier delays.

4. Packaging & Sustainability

All items are packaged using recyclable or biodegradable materials. We never use plastic containers or fillers, staying true to our sustainability values.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Tracking and Support

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier or post office first, then reach out to us with the case reference.
